Tacet Systems, LLC is a software and data engineering consultancy based in Evanston, IL. It is owned and operated by Kollin Mendoza.

I’ve spent the past half-decade both building good distributed data systems, and replacing bad ones. I’ve learned to see where the benefits of a new process truly outweigh the momentum of existing ones. In every job I’ve had, I’ve been a good steward of “the campsites” and left them cleaner than how I found them.

I’m quite good at completing projects ahead of schedule, and doing so with solutions simpler than originally pitched. I’d love to do that for you.
